Application for Facility Use Form
Anyone wishing to use the Civic Center, Senior Center, Pomponio Field, Tennis Court, Donna Ricker Turf Field/WRHS, John Bischoff Gymnasium/WRIS & Wood-Ridge Sports Complex must file for a facility use permit with the Recreation Commission. Please use the form below, attach your certificate of liability insurance and either drop it off at the Recreation Office or mail it to: Borough of Wood-RIdge, 85 Humboldt Street, Wood-Ridge NJ 07075.
