OPEN TO BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS – COED TEAMS

Mites: 5 to 7 years old    $25 entry/uniform fee only
Midgets: 8 to 11 years old, Must be 8 yrs old by 9/1/18
Juniors:  12 to 14 years old, Must be 12 yrs old by 9/1/18
Seniors: 15 to 17 years old, Must be 15 yrs old by 9/1/18

OPEN TO CARLSTADT, EAST RUTHERFORD, RUTHERFORD, WOOD-RIDGE, WALLINGTON

This is a traveling league going to all areas in Bergen County

Must bring a copy of Birth Certificate or Passport.  Parent or Guardian must be present to sign forms.

New Players must be also be present to sign forms and must bring picture.

Season runs from November 2018 to March 2019.  This is an outdoor league!

Fees: All Divisions other than Mites:  

• $25 in lieu of fundraising
• $50 if not from Carlstadt or East Rutherford    
• $100 Snow Removal Fee, (will be refunded if you participate in snow removal)    
• $50 for Hockey Sweater – New Players- player keeps jersey

Players must provide skates, authorized helmet, stick and safey gear as determined by League.  List is provided at sign-ups.
