Public Notice for Westridge Mews Condo Complex Paving

Road Milling, Paving & Line Striping
of West Ridge Mews Condo Complex

As part of the PSE&G Gas Main Replacement Project that has been ongoing, Road Milling, Paving, and Line Striping has been scheduled from Monday, June 24th through Saturday, June 29th for the West Ridge Mews Condo Complex.
All asphalt surfaces in the Complex, inclusive of driving lanes, driveways, parking spaces, etc. will be milled and paved. The planned work schedule is as follows:
Milling - Monday and Tuesday, June 24-25, 7am – 5pm
Paving – Wednesday-Friday, June 26-28, 7am – 5pm
Line Striping – Saturday, June 29, 7am – 5pm
Parking will not be permitted anywhere in the Complex starting at 7am on the days that work is being performed and the complex will be closed to all traffic. You may keep your vehicle in your Garage but you will not be able to move it while work is being performed. You must move your vehicle out of the complex prior to 7am in order to have access to it while work is being performed.
All driveways into the Complex will be blocked off with barricades while work is being performed. The barricades will be removed at the end of each work day when the road surface is able to be driven on. The complex will be re-opened for driving and parking every day at approximately 5pm depending on the work being performed that day.
Residents of West Ridge Mews may park their cars, including during overnight hours, in the following locations:
- Borough Parking Lot on Hackensack Street at the corner of Innes Road
- Wood-Ridge High School Parking Lots in lined parking spaces
- Any Borough Street such as Wood-Ridge Street, Windsor Road, Innes Road, Sussex Road, Marlboro Road, Highland Avenue, etc.
The Borough’s Overnight Parking Prohibition will be waived during this period.
