Welcome to the latest edition of the Wood-Ridge Newsletter. In this edition, the Borough Council and I are pleased to report on the progress of the Doyle School expansion which will open in September 2025. We are also proud to announce that the final phase of the WR Athletic Complex “WRAC” will be completed this year featuring new athletic fields and pickle ball courts. We’re also sharing pictures of the new Children’s Room at the WR Library which was created as part of improvements recently completed at the Library. 

We also celebrate our young residents in this edition: High School Class of 2025 students who participated in a successful Youth Government Night by conducting a Borough Council Meeting in March and young athletes who marched in the annual Little League Opening Day Parade.

These occasions show the spirit of community in Wood-Ridge, which we look forward to continuing as we announce a slate of community events including the Town Day street festival and the Keep Wood-Ridge Beautiful townwide clean-up day. As always, it is a great time to be in Wood-Ridge.
