The Construction Code Office is located on the second floor of the Municipal Building.
Inspections: Monday through Friday. Please call 201-939-5188 to schedule your inspection.
Permit applications are also available from the rack by the office door whenever the Municipal Building is open. The Construction Official is there to assist citizens with Planning questions. The Property Maintenance Officer is there to assist citizens with their concerns. Permits issued from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Building permits are required for most work and it is suggested that you call (201) 939-5188 to determine the need for a permit.
